Kentucky fans, take note. The Wildcats’ home at Kroger Field was at the center of a rare phenomenon in the skies.
Meteorologist Chris Bailey of Lexington-based TV station WKYT posted a viewer-submitted photo of a seldom-seen double rainbow that occurred Sunday. Right underneath the double rainbow? Not a pot of gold — it’s the Wildcats’ home stadium.
Brent Tye sent me this pic of a double rainbow over Kroger Field. Can only be a good sign for @UKCoachStoops and @UKFootball. #kywx #bbn pic.twitter.com/y6dxHe0aoJ

Is it a sign of bright times to come for the Wildcats, who snapped a six-year bowl drought last season under Mark Stoops?
