For the second consecutive year, a Kentucky offensive lineman has been selected in the NFL Draft. A year after George Asafo-Adjei was taken in the seventh round, Logan Stenberg was drafted in the fourth round by the Detroit Lions with the No. 121 overall pick.
Hailing from the North Alabama town of Madison, Stenberg was a second team all-state selection and a three-star prospect as a high school senior. Recruited by John Schlarman, Stenberg chose the Wildcats over offers from Troy and Southern Miss. Needless to say, he played at a much higher level than the Sun Belt and Conference-USA.
