Get the brooms out! The Cincinnati Reds finished off a three-game sweep of the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday afternoon. Sweeping an opponent is always fun, but this one carried a little more weight. Arizona was ahead of Cincy in the National League Wild Card standings heading into the series. In fact, the Reds were on the outside looking in of the playoff picture. However, they have now climbed past the Diamondbacks and are the top team in the Wild Card race. At 55-46, the Reds are also just half a game behind the Milwaukee Brewers who lost two out of three games in Atlanta.
