The Crimson Tide steamrolled over Kentucky on Senior Day, an analogy that puts the domination witnessed on the football field mildly. From the very start of the game, the ‘Cats looked like the inferior team, unable to stop anything Alabama wanted to do on offense and equally inept moving the ball with any sort of meaningful threat themselves. If it weren’t for a muffed punt, Bama may have jumped out to an even bigger lead.
The final score was 49-21, but it really wasn’t that close. Two games remain in the regular season, both on the road. Next week, Kentucky will travel to South Carolina, and the following week they will take on the surprisingly talented Louisville Cardinals squad.
