We’re back! This season’s first Kroger’s KSR Game of the Week will feature the Scott County Cardinals against the Franklin County Flyers in the Battle of Elkhorn Creek Presented by Bluegrass Orthopedics.
Scott County is coming off a 7-1 campaign in 2020. The Cardinals are led by longtime head coach Jim McKee and an experienced team that features multiple super-seniors. The Scott County defense returns KSR All-State defensive back Campton Martin whose six interceptions led 5A in 2020. The Cards’ offense averaged 42.6 points a year ago while allowing just 15.
