The Kentucky Wildcats may be getting good news with reports of 2016 prospect Kobi Simmons deciding to push back his announcement date.
Simmons, a five-star combo guard out of Alpharetta (GA), was reportedly set to make his announcement following a visit with the Ohio State Buckeyes that begins Sept. 11. However, it looks as though Simmons will not be making his decision after visiting OSU, and that's great news for Kentucky.

Had Simmons made his decision after his visit with OSU, it's unclear if John Calipari would have accepted his commitment even though he has scholarship offer from UK.
