Kiyaunta Goodwin was the highest-ranked recruit in Kentucky’s 2022 signing class and the Louisville native joined the Kentucky football program with high expectations. After choosing the Cats over Michigan State in a heated recruitment, many thought that the young blue-chipper could contribute right away on the Big Blue Wall.
Despite the many struggles that Kentucky has had on the line, Kiyaunta Goodwin has yet to make a push for playing time. However, offensive line coach Zach Yenser still has a plan for the true freshman. Goodwin has already burned through his redshirt playing on the field goal team this year but there seems to be a chance that the rookie cracks the rotation at some point this season.
