The Kentucky Wildcats badly need more depth along their defensive line, and that may come in the form of a graduate transfer.
According to Ben Roberts of the Lexington Herald-Leader, defensive tackle Kevin Williams is expected to visit UK this week. A graduate transfer by way of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Williams has one year of eligibility left and is considering the Cats among several schools as a potential landing spot.
The 6-2, 275-pound tackle has battled through two major knee injuries that caused him to miss both the 2011 and 2013 seasons, leading to him getting a rare sixth year of eligibility for the 2016 season.
