The Kentucky men’s basketball program just announced that senior point guard Kerr Kriisa is out indefinitely due a foot injury suffered during last night’s game against Gonzaga.
Kriisa, who also scored his 1,000th career point prior to the injury, will require surgery.
The release from UK noted that Kriisa’s injury is not considered season-ending.
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky guard Kerr Kriisa sustained a foot injury in last night’s game at Gonzaga which will require surgery. Surgery is set to happen in the coming days, and while the injury is not considered to be season-ending, he will be out indefinitely.
