Kentucky women’s soccer (10-1-3) suffered a 3-1 loss versus Vanderbilt Sunday night on the road at the Vanderbilt Sports Complex.
Coming off a win against LSU this previous Thursday, the Cats came into the contest looking to stay in the win column and extend their winning streak to three; the Cats hadn’t lost a game since Sept. 22.
During first-half action, Kentucky opened up the scoring quickly, converting a penalty kick just two minutes in courtesy of Makala Woods. Vanderbilt then leveled the score at the backend of the half, netting a shot in the 42nd minute.
