The Wildcats honored 13 seniors prior to the start of the match.
Kentucky opens SEC play on Thursday against Florida (3-1-3).

LEXINGTON, Ky. – No. 21 Kentucky women’s soccer (8-0-0) celebrated senior night in style, defeating Kent State (3-2-1) 3-1 for their seventh win in a row at the Bell Soccer Complex this season. Three seniors, Maddie Kemp, Grace Phillpotts, and Sophia Mattice scored on the night for the Wildcats giving the program their eighth win in a row and the best start to a season in program history.
