Kentucky women’s soccer makes history, improves to 8-0 for first time ever

The No. 21 Kentucky Wildcats women’s soccer team improved to an undefeated record of 8-0 and took the win against Kent State at The Bell Soccer Complex.

It was an eventful night for the seniors Maddie Kemp, Grace Phillpotts and Sophia Mattice, all of whom put the ball in the back of the net.

The win marked the team’s greatest season start in school history and its eighth consecutive victory.
