Kentucky women’s soccer hosts first NCAA Tournament game in decade

Kentucky women’s soccer received a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament on Monday after missing the tournament entirely last season.

The Cats were dominant in non-conference play, as they had their best start to a season in program history with a 8-0-0 record.

However, after, they finished with a 3-4-4 conference record and a loss in the first round of the SEC Tournament, leaving their potential seeding in question.
