No. 11 Kentucky entered Sunday's game with No. 13 Indiana with some adversity.
Interim coach Kyra Elzy didn't coach in the game due to "health reasons that are not related to COVID-19", the school announced. Assistant Niya Butts would coach in her place.
Then there were just as many hurdles for the Wildcats during the game. Despite trailing as much as 14 points in the game and star player Rhyne Howard's foul trouble, Kentucky scratched its way back in to the game and rallied past visiting Indiana 72-68 to move to 4-0 on the year.
Early on, the game was filled with turnover issues for UK, they finished with 13 for the game and six in the first half alone.
