If you've every watched professional wrestling in your life, there's a god chance Dusty Rhodes was part of it.
Rhodes, who billed himself as "The American Dream," died Thursday. He played a role in the growth of pro wrestling when it was still in its early stages. He was a fun-loving and blue-collar kind of guy who did a great deal for what's become one of the biggest spectacles there is. We don't yet know how Dusty passed, but he lived a full life to the age of 69.
R.I.P. Dusty.
