Apparently, when planning to participate inside the ropes during the Cat Walk at the season opener against Louisiana Lafayette, Stanley Williams Sr. was forbidden from entering the area, and the UK police told him it was on the orders of head coach Mark Stoops. It turns out, that wasn’t so:
Williams said Monday night that he got a call from Stoops Sunday as he was driving home to Georgia with family members.
