Penn State Nittany Lions quarterback, Will Levis, has decided to throw his name into the transfer portal and transfer out of Happy Valley.
Why is this news, you may ask?
Recruiting insiders Dave Lackford and Justin Rowland seem to think that Kentucky could be a player in the recruitment of Levis. There is no official word on if they will be pursuing Levis or not, but he’s automatically one of the top transfer QBs to watch.
Levis, a Class of 2018 recruit, appeared in 14 games in Happy Valley over the last two seasons, as he served as the primary backup to Sean Clifford in both seasons.
