Hatcher, 21, was stopped for driving 81 mph in a 70 mph on Interstate-64. However, as the deputy approached he smelled a marijuana odor coming from the vehicle Hatcher was driving. There was a quarter of a pound of marijuana hidden in Hatcher’s pants, plus three-quarters of marijuana in a bag on the floor.
This is not the first time Hatcher has been in drug related trouble since arriving at the University of Kentucky.
