The Kentucky Wildcats are hard at work to keep building on what’s already shaping up to be a special 2019 class.
John Calipari has already secured a pledge from Tyrese Maxey, the No. 1 shooting guard in 2019 by ESPN and Rivals (247 lists him as a combo guard). He considered a move into 2018, but for now, Maxey is planning to stay in 2019.
UK also has a commitment from small forward D.J. Jeffries, who’s ranked 19th overall by ESPN.
UK did score a pledge from five-star point guard Ashton Hagans, who was ranked sixth overall and the best point guard in 2019.
