The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team won its second game of the season against the NJIT Highlanders by the score of 87-57 in front of a rowdy crowd at Rupp Arena. With a primetime matchup with Duke looming on Tuesday, the Big Blue Nation wanted to make sure the Cats weren’t looking ahead. After a lackluster first half, where the Cats lead 36-28, Kentucky really opened up in the second half where the lead hovered around 30 for the last part of the game.
