Kentucky football defensive coordinator Brad White thinks the Wildcats must manage their emotions in a rivalry game versus Tennessee. Jon Hale, Louisville Courier Journal
Kentucky played its last two games in absolute downpours against Georgia and Missouri. That actually played to the Wildcats' advantage, keeping the game on the ground and playing to the strengths of now-quarterback Lynn Bowden.
But against Tennessee at Kroger Field on Saturday, Bowden will have to both run and throw to get the Wildcats a win. Tennessee has held each of its last four opponents to fewer than 150 rushing yards, including 78 yards for South Carolina and 63 for UAB.
