After falling to No. 1 Georgia two weeks ago, the 12th-ranked Kentucky Wildcats (6-1, 4-1 in the SEC) had an extra week to rest, lick their wounds and prepare to finish the rest of the season strong. That begins this week as the Cats, after a bye, travel to play the Mississippi State Bulldogs — a team that's had a bit of a Jekyl and Hyde start to the season.
The Bulldogs looked more than formidable when they scored a 26-22 win over No. 14 Texas A&M back on Oct. 2. But that came on the heels of back-to-back losses to Memphis and a struggling LSU squad.
