On Sunday, Nov. 24th, No. 12 Kentucky volleyball defeated Arkansas, earning the Wildcats their eighth consecutive SEC championship on Senior Night in Historic Memorial Coliseum.
In 2017, the Wildcats started what would become the eight-championship streak, defeating Georgia in Athens. The win was the first since 1988. The Cats never looked back from there.
With one more SEC opponent remaining, Kentucky is now 13-2. Missouri, the Wildcats’ last regular-season opponent, suffered a loss against Mississippi State, eliminating it from title contention.
