We’ve got another game to add to Kentucky’s 2023-24 non-conference schedule. According to Rocco Miller, Kentucky will host Marshall this season, date still unknown. It will be the 13th meeting between the two programs, with the Cats owning a 12-0 edge vs. the Thundering Herd from Huntington, West Virginia. The last game took place in December 2012 at Rupp Arena, with Kentucky winning 82-54.
Marshall is entering its 10th season under head coach Dan D’Antoni, who has a 164-128 (.562) career record. The West Virginia native played for Marshall from 1968-70 and joined the staff after graduation, coaching his younger brother Mike.
