Kentucky will celebrate the careers of graduate transfer guard Davion Mintz, senior forward Olivier Sarr and walk-on guard Riley Welch when the Florida Gators head to Lexington this weekend.
Despite UK’s previously postponed home matchup against the South Carolina Gamecocks being added to the schedule for Saturday, March 6, the school has announced it will move forward with its Senior Day festivities this weekend prior to the Florida game, which is scheduled to tip off on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET.
Establishing himself as Kentucky’s “dagger thrower” to close out SEC play, Mintz is currently averaging 10.
