The University of Kentucky basketball team isn’t the only sport that is engaged around the idea of adding a grad transfer to the roster.
Josh Edwards of 247 Sports sent out a tweet on Tuesday that said Kentucky Football will soon be hosting Weston Carr, who is a D-II Wide Receiver graduate transfer.
If you’re like me, then you had probably never head of Division-II Azusa Pacific University, which is located in Southern California. In terms of football, the school is a member of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference.
Despite the limited name recognition of his University, Carr is an extremely talented wide-receiver that strongly considered entering his name in the NFL draft after his redshirt junior season.
