SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Just a few miles from the basketball Hall of Fame, Kentucky target Brandon Huntley-Hatfield discussed his recruitment.
Huntley-Hatfield said he is considering reclassifying up to the Class of 2021, but won’t make that decision until the end of next summer’s AAU slate. He recently went on an unofficial visit to Kentucky, and attended the Wildcats' 78-70 win over Louisville.
At Rupp Arena, fans knew who he was, and that stuck out.
“I was surprised,” Huntley-Hatfield said.
Kentucky assistant Joel Justus is the lead recruiter for Huntley-Hatfield.
“I talked to Coach Cal (John Calipari) and his staff in the back,” Huntley-Hatfield said.
