Kentucky sophomore forward Keion Brooks Jr. is back, but just what kind of impact will he be able to make?
The bar has been set low, at least initially.
After sitting out all contact practices since early October and missing all games since the season began in November, Brooks is understandably behind in terms of on-court development. As a result, the UK coaching staff plans to take things slowly with the sophomore forward, especially when the team heads to Gainesville to take on Florida this weekend.
“We’re kind of just wait-and-see,” assistant coach Jai Lucas said Friday.
