Kentucky Suffers Heartbreaking Loss in New York City

Kentucky nailed a miraculous buzzer-beater to send the game to overtime, but the Wildcats couldn’t take care of Seton Hall in the extra period.

With a one-point lead, Ashton Hagans went 1-for-2 at the free throw line. Seton Hall delivered a game-winning three-pointer on the other end.

The Wildcats had 9.5 seconds to go and John Calipari opted to not call a timeout. Kentucky could only manage a 25-foot shot at the buzzer. The final shot clanked off the rim to give the Pirates an 84-83 win.
