Kentucky senior inside linebacker Jamon “Pop” Dumas-Johnson has been named to the 2024 Comeback Player of the Year Award Watch List.

Since 2018, the award has recognized college football student-athletes for overcoming injury, illness, or other circumstances.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky senior Jamon “Pop” Dumas-Johnson has been named to the 2024 Comeback Player of the Year Award Watch List, announced today by the College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) in association with The Associated Press (AP) and the Fiesta Bowl Organization.

Dumas-Johnson, a 6-foot-1, 245-pound inside linebacker from Hyattsville, Maryland, transferred to Kentucky in 2024 after three seasons at Georgia.
