Former Kentucky safety Zion Childress has landed an undrafted free agent deal with the Dallas Cowboys.
Dallas will be a homecoming of sorts for Childress, a Texas native who transferred to Kentucky after two years at Texas State.
Last season, Childress started all 12 games for the Cats. He finished with 55 tackles, 6 tackles for loss, 2 pass breakups, 1 sack and 1 forced fumble.
