Texas Tech forward Terrence Shannon Jr. hit the transfer portal this afternoon and heard from four schools, including Kentucky, almost immediately.
According to his AAU program, Shannon Jr. heard from Illinois, Kentucky, UConn and Michigan less than an hour after going into the portal.
Shannon Jr. averaged 10.4 points and 2.6 rebounds per game for the Red Raiders this season.
