Kentucky is pursuing one of the most productive players in the transfer portal. Former North Texas wide receiver Ja’Mori Maclin announced Thursday afternoon that he’s received a scholarship offer from the University of Kentucky.
Maclin wracked up receptions this fall in the American Athletic Conference. The explosive 5-foot-11 wideout caught 57 passes for 1,004 yards (third in AAC) and 11 touchdowns (2nd in AAC). He had 11 receptions of 30+ yards, three more than any other player in the AAC.
He is the younger cousin of Missouri great, Jeremy Maclin.
