Kentucky men’s basketball jumped four spots in the week two AP Top 25 college basketball poll on Monday, taking the No. 19 spot after a 2-0 week.
The Wildcats took care of business in the first week of the Mark Pope era, thrashing Wright State 103-62 and besting Bucknell 100-72 over the weekend.
Kentucky was the fifth highest ranked SEC school in the week two poll, an improvement from being the eighth highest in the week one poll.
