The Kentucky men’s basketball team has unveiled a brand new look for the upcoming 2022-23 season.
After five seasons of the same uniforms, change is here, with the Wildcats transitioning to a more traditional look at Rupp Arena — one without checkerboards.
The first permanent uniform change since the 2016-17 season, Kentucky is set to wear white jerseys at home with curved lettering and silky blue trim. It’s similar to the look the Wildcats showed off against the Dominican Republic National Select Team and Carleton University in the Bahamas.
Kentucky has kept the same basketball uniform combo every season since 2016-17 after several different iterations and designs throughout the start of the John Calipari era in Lexington.
