Kentucky miraculously sent the game to overtime before coming up short 97-92 at Texas A&M this afternoon.
The Wildcats (12-3, 2-1 SEC) stormed back to tie the game in regulation, largely due to back-to-back-to-back three-pointers by Rob Dillingham and two clutch free throws by Reed Sheppard.
Unfortunately, Kentucky failed to make any field goals in the overtime period and couldn’t quite escape with a win.
Antonio Reeves led the Cats with 22 points and 6 rebounds. D.J. Wagner added 18 points and 4 assists. Dillingham finished with 15 points and 4 assists. Sheppard contributed 13 points and 6 boards.
