Kentucky kicker Alex Raynor was named Southeastern Conference Special Teams Player of the Year on Wednesday.
Raynor is the first Kentucky player to ever win the award.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky kicker Alex Raynor was named Southeastern Conference Special Teams Player of the Year, the league announced Wednesday. He is the first Kentucky player to win the award, which was established in 2004 by the conference.
Raynor, a senior from Kennesaw, Georgia, made his first 15 field goal attempts of the season and finished 15-of-16 and at 93.
