Kentucky women’s soccer (10-2-4, 2-2-4 SEC) tied 0-0 against No. 11 Auburn (12-1-3, 4-1-3 SEC) at the Wendell & Vickie Bell Soccer Complex on Friday evening.
The first half of the match was quiet for both the Wildcats and the Tigers as they remained scoreless after 45 minutes of play.
The Cats’ defense was dominant throughout the first half as they only gave up one shot to Auburn.
“Just from the first half to the second half performance, I thought we were way better in the first half,” said Kentucky Head Coach Troy Fabiano. “(In the) second half, we lost a little bit of rhythm.
