Kentucky hockey earned a significant bounce-back win over the Dayton Flyers on Saturday, winning 12-4.
The club team had a slow start to its season, going into the Dayton game 1-4 overall on a three-game losing streak.
The win over the Flyers marked just the second of the season, both of which have been in dominant fashion.
Kentucky freshman winger Kyle Mead started off the high-scoring affair with the first goal of the game in the first period.
