Kentucky finished up the preseason with an 80-71 victory over Miles College Friday night at Rupp Arena.
The Wildcats got 15 points and 6 assists from both Sahvir Wheeler and TyTy Washington in the surprisingly close game. Kellan Grady added 13 points and Jacob Toppin chipped in 12.
The game was close largely due to Miles College torching the nets from long range in the first half. The Golden Bears, a division II program, were 15-for-30 from the three-point line in the game.
