Kentucky football running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. was drafted No. 193 overall, No. 16 in round six, overall by the Washington Commanders in the 2023 NFL Draft on Saturday.
The senior from Georgia spent five seasons at Kentucky where he grew to be one of the SEC’s leading running backs and one of the most decorated running backs in Kentucky program history.
His career total of 3,644 rushing yards is the third most at Kentucky, while his 32 rushing touchdowns and 35 total touchdowns is the second-highest and fourth-highest, respectively, at the university.
