Kentucky football must replace a lot, but the biggest key may be quarterback Terry Wilson

HOOVER, Ala. – Kentucky football fans can feel confident about the contributions the Wildcats will receive from the three players who represented the program at Southeastern Conference media days Thursday.

But regardless of the starring roles wide receiver Lynn Bowden, linebacker Kash Daniel and offensive guard Logan Stenberg might play this fall, it was a Wildcat player not in Hoover who may have the biggest influence on Kentucky’s chances to avoid a major step back after the third 10-win season in program history.

Quarterback Terry Wilson.

“We expect him to make a big jump,” Kentucky coach Mark Stoops said of Wilson Thursday.
