When Mark Stoops promoted former UK linebacker Courtney Love to Director of Player Development, he went to Texas to find the Cats’ next defensive graduate assistant.
Cameron Davis has joined Kentucky’s staff as a graduate assistant where he will serve alongside Derrick LeBlanc on the defensive line.
Davis started his coaching career in California. He made his first big move in 2016 when John Chavis hired him as a GA at Texas A&M. Chavis is one of the most well-respected defensive coordinators in the business. Davis then made the short move from College Station to Houston where he served as a GA for the Rice Owls for the last two years.
