Wow. It’s almost here. We finally made it to the first week of Kentucky football practice. Before you know it, fans will be back at Kroger Field. The countdown to kickoff against Miami (Oh.) is only 33 days away. This year a true freshman will wear No. 33, Tomiwa Durojaiye.
About Durojaiye
Tomiwa Durojaiye is unlike most Kentucky Wildcats. A first-generation American, his parents emigrated from Nigeria to Delaware. Yes, Delaware. If you can find another Delaware native that’s ever played for Kentucky, I’d love to hear it. He’s actually one of two Delaware kids from the Cats’ 2022 recruiting class.
