The Kentucky Wildcats are going to be in the market for at least one new assistant coach for the 2024 season.
While the 2023 season has plenty of highs, it wasn’t what Mark Stoops hoped to accomplish, as Kentucky struggled mightily against elite teams like Georgia and Alabama, while also losing winnable games to Missouri, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
That’s why it’s no surprise that changes will be made to Stoops’ staff, and we have our first one.
According to Football Scoop, wide receivers coach Scott Woodward is being let go.
“Sources tell FootballScoop that Stoops is parting ways with third-year receivers coach Scott Woodward,” wrote John Brice.
