Kentucky used their second bye week to heal up for November football. It worked for linebacker Kash Daniel and wide receiver Ahmad Wagner, both of which are expected to play against Tennessee, but defensive tackle Phil Hoskins may not have enough time to return to action in 2019.
Entering the season the senior junior college transfer was expected to be one of Kentucky’s top interior pass rushers. After serving a two-game suspension for academic reasons, Hoskins injured his knee while warming up for his debut against Florida.
“I’m not sure with Phil,” Mark Stoops said Monday afternoon.
