Kentucky cruised to a 96-70 victory over Illinois State Friday night in its final non-conference tune-up prior to Southeastern Conference play.
Antonio Reeves, who came to Kentucky from Illinois State, torched his former team with 27 points. Rob Dillingham added 16 points and 7 assists. D.J. Wagner chipped in 14 points. Reed Sheppard finished with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists.
Kentucky (10-2) has one week to prepare before they head to Florida to open SEC play.
