The Champions Classic is one of the better events in the world of sports. It features four of the true pillars of college basketball: the Duke Blue Devils, Kansas Jayhawks, Kentucky Wildcats, and Michigan State Spartans.
Kentucky has agreed to continue to be a part of this glorious season-opening event.
Kentucky has agreed to extend the current agreement with The Champions Classic for three more years. It’ll play in 2017 in Chicago, 2018 in Indianapolis, and 2019 in New York.
Per Metz Camfield of CoachCal.com, Calipari officially announced that Kentucky will continue to participate in The Champions Classic.
