The Kentucky Wildcats could be on the verge of a historic recruiting class.
Of course, that’s a sentence we’ve been able to say every year under John Calipari, easily the greatest recruiter of the one-and-done era.
But rarely has Kentucky entered the fall with a class as loaded as this one already is, as the Cats have commitments from five-star guard Terrence Clarke, five-star guard Brandon Boston, four-star forward Lance Ware and four-star forward Cam’Ron Fletcher, good enough for the No. 2 recruiting class heading into the fall signing period.
Clarke is a top-five recruit at Rivals and 247 Sports, which means Kentucky has ended its drought of not landing a top-five recruit since Skal Labissiere in the 2015 class.
