BetOnline recently published their latest title favorites, with Kentucky coming in at No. 2 in the nation behind only Michigan State.
The Wildcats checked in with 8/1 odds, just a touch behind 2019 Big Ten Player of the Year Cassius Winston and the Spartans at 7/1 overall.
Behind the top two programs? Three of Kentucky’s biggest rivals and recent foes: Duke at 9/1, along with Kansas and Memphis at 10/1.
Outside the top five, the defending champion Virginia Cavaliers come in at 11/1, North Carolina comes in at 14/1, Louisville and Maryland both come in at 16/1, and Florida comes in at 18/1
